Panmont is a sole-principal advisory practice based in Auckland, working with a small number of business owners across New Zealand. Engagements are relationship-led rather than transactional, and while new clients usually come by introduction, a direct enquiry is always welcome.
The Work
Every business needs its compliance done well: the accounts, the tax returns, on time and right. For some owners that is the whole of it, and that is perfectly fine. As a business grows, the questions tend to get bigger, and Panmont is there for those too, working close to the numbers through the year rather than only at the end of it.
When more is needed, it might be a financing question, a feasibility study on a new project, or a cashflow plan; other times, governance and reporting, or working alongside your bank, your lawyers, and the people on the other side of a deal. You take it only as far as you need. The same person looks after both the routine work and the bigger calls, so nothing slips between them.
The Principal
Panmont is founded and run by Fuyang Liu. He spent a decade inside a Big Four firm in New Zealand advising privately held businesses, high-net-worth individuals & families, and cross-border multinationals on complex structural and tax decisions. He now brings that depth to a small number of clients of his own, directly.
